Colorados Historic Hotels quote“The Creede Hotel and Restaurant offers elegant dinners featuring hand-cut steaks, fish flown in overnight from Honolulu, ever-changing pasta dishes, local game entrees and much more. The exceptional food is enhanced with good wines, a pleasant atmosphere and friendly hospitality.”
Colorado's Historic Hotels

The guestrooms hold their historic charm, but it's the restaurant that surprises; it's decidedly not small town. It's fine dining without being too fancy—excellent food, good wines, a pleasant atmosphere, and friendly hospitality.

Our homemade soups, paired with a garden salad and fresh bread are high on the list of lunch favorites. Dinner selections showcase local products including some of the region's best produce and game. Our goal is to prepare the familiar flavors of home with an elegant touch.
